Sparkling Wine – Cava

Our Cava is produced for us by a dedicated family at their Bodega situated in Vilafranca del Penedes, the premier region of Spain for Sparkling wines.

The Cava is a cuvee of three grapes, the Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada utilising the Metodo Tradicional. The Cava is Extra Brut in style with a pale golden colour, a fine delicate bouquet, firm and smooth with an effervescence on the palate coupled with a crisp finish, a well made and balanced Cava.

We offer two presentations, the Mellor’s^® Blue or Mellor’s^® Maroon Label.
